2. Contact form
When you submit the form, I process your name, email address, optional phone number and company name, selected topic and message. I use the information solely to handle your enquiry, continue the conversation and take requested steps before entering into a contract. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or the legitimate interest in handling business communication. I do not use the data for automated decision-making or unsolicited marketing.
I keep the enquiry and related communication for no longer than 12 months from the last substantive communication, unless the law or the protection of legal claims requires a longer period.
3. Cookies and audience measurement
Analytics and heatmap tools do not run without your consent. Technical storage of your preference is necessary so the site can remember your choice. You can change your consent at any time through the Cookies link in the footer.
| Tool / item | Purpose | Duration | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| mv-cookie-choice (local storage) | Remembering the cookie choice | Consent 12 months / refusal 6 months | Strictly necessary |
| Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) | Aggregate audience measurement | According to GA4 settings; cookies up to 2 years | Consent only |
| Heatmap tool | Not currently active | Not applicable | Consent will be required before activation |
4. Who may access the data
Data may be processed to the necessary extent by hosting and database infrastructure providers, the email notification provider and, after consent, Google Analytics. Each provider receives only the data needed to deliver its service. Some providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area; where this occurs, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction or erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, object or request portability. You can withdraw analytics-cookie consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
